Shipping estimates are usually written by marketing and experienced by customers. Here is the version we would want if we were buying.
What happens after you order
- Pick and pack — usually same day if ordered before 1pm ET on a weekday.
- Label created — you get a tracking number, but the carrier has not scanned it yet. This is where most it-hasn-not-moved emails come from.
- Carrier pickup — end of day. The first scan usually appears that evening.
- Transit — 1–4 business days in the continental US.
The three places orders get stuck
- Address mismatch. An apartment number missing, or a ZIP that does not match the city. We email before shipping.
- Weekend. Nothing moves on Sunday, and Saturday pickup depends on the carrier.
- Weather. A storm in a hub adds two or three days and no tracking update explains it.
What we guarantee
Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day leave the warehouse the same day. If yours has not shipped within two business days, email us and we will tell you exactly what is happening — not a template.
International
We ship to Canada and the UK. Duties are calculated at checkout, so nothing is collected at the door. Transit is 6–12 business days, and we will not pretend otherwise.
