Some return policies are written to discourage you. Ours is written to be read once.
The policy
Thirty days from delivery. Unused, in original packaging. Refund to the original payment method within three business days of arrival at our warehouse. Return shipping is free for defective items; otherwise a $4.99 label is deducted from the refund.
What we ask

- What was wrong — one line is enough
We ask because it is how we learn which products to drop. We do not use it to argue with you.
What we do not do
- No restocking fees.
- No store credit only.
- No asking you to photograph the packaging.
- No return window shortened by transit time — the clock starts at delivery.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo and the order number. We ship a replacement and you keep the damaged one; returning a broken lamp is a waste of everyone’s afternoon.
The honest caveat
We cannot accept used items for hygiene reasons (bottles, anything worn against the skin), and we cannot refund a product that has been modified. That is the entire list of exceptions.
