How To Use:
Pour 4 cups of milk or yogurt into the white container and microwave for 15 minutes. (*DO NOT microwave the green lid and colander.)
Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar (Tip: use the smaller section of the lid for measurement!), and 1/2 teaspoon of optional salt into the mixture.
